Cancellation Policy
Any Ravens Nest Spa cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no shows may be subject to 100% of treatment costs. (With exception of Spa packages that require 48 hour notice) When scheduling, we do require a credit card number to secure the appointment.
Spa Etiquette
Appointments: Please check into the spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we may have to shorten your treatment to end at the appointed time.
Comfort & Privacy: Our treatments require removal of clothing. We drape modestly at all times and encourage you to communicate to your therapist if you are uncomfortable in any way.
Gratuity: Gratuity may be given at your discretion, as it is not included in pricing.
Infrared Sauna: We offer a private Infrared sauna to enjoy before your treatment in which robes and slippers are provided. Must mention sauna when booking an appointment.
