Cancellation Policy

Any Ravens Nest Spa cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no shows may be subject to 100% of treatment costs. (With exception of Spa packages that require 48 hour notice)  When scheduling, we do require a credit card number to secure the appointment.  

Appointments

Please check into the spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. (Unless you have a scheduled sauna session) Unfortunately, if you are late, we may have to shorten your treatment to end at the appointed time.
